Owner/Director

Richard has worked in the local property market since 1990. An expert in lettings, investments, land, new homes and commercial property. Married to Rita with daughters Chloe & Annie and lives in Hoddesdon. A familiar face in the industry and local area, Richard always goes above and beyond for his loyal client base and welcomes new clients to Anthony Davies Property Group along the way.

Operations Director

Rita has a background of accounting and office administration. Rita is fully trained in Lettings Management, Lettings Laws and Legals. Married to Richard and based at Hoddesdon office.

Sophie has a very personable approach and is experienced in all aspects of lettings. A key member of the AD Team and lives in Stanstead Abbotts with her two daughters.

Annie actively works within our busy lettings department ensuring a high level of service for our landlords, dealing with rent payments, property maintenance and administration, as well as running our social media platforms. Annie loves her dogs Ronnie & Frankie.

Jack can often be found out on appointments throughout the day meeting new clients, carrying out viewings and property inspections. Jack is also skilled in property photography and preparing our properties ready for marketing.
